Clara's love of glass beads began 30 years ago, when a vintage red glass necklace caught her eye and warmed her heart. The fall of 2001, Sage and Tom Holland's beadmakers workshop in Fox, Arkansas, introduced lampwork glass beads to Clara.
Jewelry by Clara features lampwork and fused art glass beads with sterling silver accent beads and findings. Glass beads are purchased directly from skilled American glass artists, so that the glass is properly annealed for strength and long life. Beads and jewelry have opened doors to new friends and the joy of being an artist again
Clara moved to the beautiful Arkansas Ozarks in 1987. She and husband, Phil, live close to the White and the North Fork Rivers in Norfork, Arkansas. |
